All photos in the listings are taken by us. We do our best to make sure our sample in the photo is as close to the exact item as possible, but because we use natural stones, some may vary in shade and patterns. Actual item may look slightly different from the images shown.
However, if it is important that the sample be exact, feel free to convo us, we will send you photos of actual item.

Please note that the actual colours may vary slightly due to the fact that every monitor has a different capability to display colours.

Natural 'flaws' in stones

Imperfections in stones are natural and contribute to the individuality of each piece. Imperfections may include natural veining, flaws, inclusions and irregularities in colour. Every piece of natural stone is unique.

Shipping address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date when placing your order. Once your order is dispatched, we have no control over its delivery or the ability to reroute it. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages sent to an incorrect address.

Shipping methods

All our packages are dispatched through UkrPoshta, the national postal service of Ukraine. Packages are shipped via registered mail with tracking.

At this time, we cannot offer expedited/ express shipping.

Tracking your package

All packages are sent via UkrPoshta (national postal operator in Ukraine) by registered mail with tracking.
In most cases you should be able to track your package via tracking system of national postal service of your country.

Delivery delays

Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays due to customs or delays caused by shipping companies, bad weather, postal strikes etc. These things are outside of our control. If, however, you think there is a problem with your package, do not hesitate to contact us.

Also bear in mind that at busy times of the year, especially during the Christmas season, packages will take longer to be delivered.

If you think your package is lost

Overseas packages are not deemed to be 'lost' until after 21 business days (approx. 4 weeks).
If your item has not been received within this time frame please contact us, we will work with you to find suitable solution.

If you wish to return your item

If for some reason you decide to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please be aware that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will only be made once we have received the item back, so you may wish to purchase shipping method that gives tracking information.
We will only make refunds for items received in their original condition and unworn.
