Item shipping
We ship most orders within 1 - 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. Items made to order ship within 3 - 5 business days.
We ship Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) and occasionally on Saturdays.

Shipping Restrictions for Axes
We do not sell or ship axes to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or Japan due to local customs regulations and import restrictions on bladed tools and replica weapons. Orders to these countries will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Shipping Address
We send all orders to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please make sure the shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Delivery time
International deliveries take 2 – 4 weeks depending on your location. The delivery time may be longer during high-peak seasons.

Tracking your Package
All packages are sent by registered mail with tracking.
You can track your package via the tracking system of the national postal service of your country.
There are a few countries, however, that do not provide tracking updates on small packages from Ukraine: Netherlands, Norway. If you are buying from one of these countries, your package will be trackable only until it leaves Ukraine.

Customs and import taxes
International orders may incur customs taxes or fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for payment of these additional fees.

If your Package Delayed in Transit
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any delays due to customs or delays caused by shipping companies, bad weather, postal strikes etc. These things are outside of our control. If, however, you think there is a problem with your package, do not hesitate to contact us.

Please, also bear in mind that at busy times of the year, especially during the Christmas season, packages will take longer to be delivered.

If your Package is Lost
Overseas packages are not deemed to be 'lost' until after 21 business days (approx. 4 weeks).
If your item has not been received within this time frame please contact us, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
